Deutsche Telekom’s All-IP consumer connections hand you SIP credentials for your landline numbers, and you are free to use them with your own equipment. I bought some VoIP desk phones recently and configured our landline with a self-hosted Asterisk PBX on a Raspberry Pi 4 running OpenWrt (see Router).
